  • From my understanding you do 10 tomorrow an have to make up the first 9 days. I think you can make them to as you go but they need to be done. I started on day 7 and just did a few here and there and finally got caught up today! But you got it!!

  • Welcome! I was a former WW and I liked the program and I thought it was easy to follow but I ate too many free fruits... so I didn't see results. I have lost 4 lbs in two weeks so far with MFP.   • I know exactly what you mean! Sometimes I skip and then I feel so bad after, like was that really worth it... and I know how good I always feel after I am done. Maybe getting a partner to work out with or starting a challenge with a group of friends will keep you accountable? But if you skip a day here or there it isn't…

  • Thanks so much everyone! It really does help alot hearing everyones weights it gives me a good idea of what/where I want to be. I am going to shoot for 160, and then take it from there. Anything is healthier where I am right now :) Good Luck to everyone and keep up the great work!

  • I didn't know what that meant either.. I figured it was a victory of some sort but now I know!
  • I have see people lose weight while taking B12, HCG and following a very very very strict diet, but the weight came back with a vengeance when they stopped all the shots and dieting. I wouldn't count on it for losing weight.
  • I would say try it but don't over do it. If your knee is continuing to hurt you may want to get a brace or talk to your doctor about Physical Therapy to strenthen certain parts of the knee if needed. I had to do PT and now I have to wear a brace but my knee doesn't hurt and I am able to do certain things now without pain.…
