I'm so very late but I also enjoyed the game!! Born in Ohio, raised in Ohio but bleed maize and blue!!! Go BLUE!!! I had a blast watching it and yes I am sorry I was very annoying to all my other OSU friends but it was my time, they've had theirs. LOL :)

My nephew was watching my mom do a work out video at home and he was very bored and tired of watching her. He wanted to play so bad. Tay: MawMaw why do you have to work out so much? Maw: So I can stay in shape, and won't get fat. Tay: That's silly MawMaw you aren't fat, you are just short!! I thought it was great!!

Protein is a good one to hold you over, I'll do a kashi bar and fruit, then mid morning eat some chobani yogurt, then have lunch and another snack between dinner if I need it. I try to keep a fruit, veggie or protein bar with me at all times incase hunger strikes. Drinking water along with that also helps. The hunger…

Drink your water, which was a big thing on WW! Count all your calories and if you have a bad day no big deal there is tomorrow!! Also make plenty of friends!! MFP friends are just a great inspiration, motivation and a huge part of success!! Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend!

I weight in once a week, try to, and I do it when I wake up after going to the bathroom. I wear my clothes but I don't sleep in much but small shorts and a tank. I like to work out at night after work, but since moving to nights I work out before I go to work which would be considered morning I guess. I enjoy getting it…

Order off the dollar menu if possible, they are smaller portions, drink water instead of pop, try the side salads they are usually healthier than the salad meals. I usually pack my lunches it keeps me on track but you can just be mindful when making choices. If I do go out to eat I search and see what is the best option…
