For those that don't own a Polar HRM they have this fitness level test in most of their models.
Here is the chart for Men. I fall in 30-34 age range.

When I got my Polar FT40 I was 460 lbs. did the fitness test and scored a 31. Poor according to the chart :sad:
Before my jog earlier today I did the fitness test and got this
currently 326 lbs. :bigsmile:
