  • You go girl! my honey did the sam thing, I was getting a little discouraged, because the pounds were not comming off as fast as I would like, but my measuerments tell a different story! so i am buiding muscle and getting toned, and i do a lot of squats!!! this Diva is loving every minute of it!! proud of you!:happy:
  • Hang in there gilfriend, just remember, you didn't put the weight on over ningt, so don't expect to lose overnight, it take stime but you can do it!:smooched:
  • Thanks ladies, this is so helpful!, I lost about 20lbs in 3 month, but not because i was dieting, i was going through a loss and just did not eat! then i put myself on a 1200 cal diet, and sometimes i didnot eat that much, so now i began to see the weight go up, so now i know why thanks!
