  • First of all (and I can't stress this enough), you CAN'T skip dieting and you CAN'T skip exercising. If you're looking for a "magic pill" that will do the work for you (and I don't think you are), it does not exist. Second of all, before buying any product, I suggest that you do your research, and consult with your doctor…

  • There's many factors to consider here, like how heavy your friend is. The lighter/more fit she is, the less calories she will burn while doing it. Have you done it? I think everyone here who's done it will tell you there is no overestimating the burn, if you're doing it properly. :)
  • I agree, it's not meant to be a hard core weight training program. Since you're concerned about avoiding injury, I would use extremely light weights (no heavier than 3lbs), and take full advantage of the cardio and ab training portions. :)
  • Hey! It's considered circuit training, so in my exercise log, I just search "circuit training" and you get 2 results: Circuit training, general Curves circuit training Just choose the 1st one, and technically you've done 30 minutes. :) Good for you and good choice of a workout! I'm on my 9th day of Level 1!
  • I haven't used them. I use K-Swiss Tubes, and even those took me awhile to adjust. :)
