Have done 5x5 twice in the last 2 weeks. Kept waiting to workout with my better half and he kept getting home late on top of coming down with a cold that has wiped him out. Thank you! That was just what I needed. I was only doing 2-3 minutes of jump roping intervals then went into warm up sets but a couple of times I felt really tight afterwards. Was wondering if i needed to try a more dynamic warmup. What app do you use Deena_bean? Thanks again everybody :)

I'm in the same boat. I just spoke with my friend who is a nutritionist and he told me that I should be aiming to eat 4-6 oz. of lean meat at every meal. Then after weight bearing exercise, I should be consuming protein for recovery. That's a lot more than myfitnesspal will tell you is okay. You need protein to build…
