Your eating out a lot and therefore you are eating a whole lot of sodium. You might want to fix your food category to show how much sodium you are eating you might be surprised how high it is. It will make you gain and feel bloated

My diary is open, I have had success eating what I wanted as long as I stayed under my calorie goals. I am now in maintenance. I have to warn you I'm not the healthiest eater but feel free to look

I would make exercise every other day if your feeling burnt out. Your body needs rest also so maybe give yourself a day or two off. I only exercise 5 days a week, if I had to do it every day I would feel burnt out too.

I work out 3 times a week at least. You just need to do what works for you. I like working out every other day with Thursdays and Fridays off. However on THursdays and Fridays I might do a mini work out. Just do what works best for you. SOme people work out 6 days a week.
