Bringing my lunch to work instead of eating out. Enjoying the foods I love in moderation. Finding substitutes that make my meal delicious but yet lower in calories like the Flatbread pizza I now make often at home.

Drinks lots of water Don't deprive yourself of your favorite foods just have them in moderation If you end up having a cheat day just make sure you jump right back on track the next day. Have patience it will happen

Like many of the others said buy whats on sale that week, if it is something you really enjoy stock up on that when it is on sale. Once an item goes on sale it usually isn't on sale again for 6 weeks so if it is something you can store stock up on it while it is on sale. If it's not on sale and you just got to have it cut…

I take a flatbread and I add bbq sauce, chicken and mozerella cheese and it takes only minutes to make this home made pizza and it's delicious. You can add any ingredients or a different sauce also to change it up by maybe having pepperoni with a mariana sauce. Really try the flatbread to make your own pizza the calories…

For me this has been a lifestyle change and not a diet so that means I never deprived myself of my favorite foods. I try to stay within my calories every day but on occasions I go out to eat/or a party where it is hard to keep under my calorie intake, so I indulge and eat what I want that day. I will get right back on…

I love the emerald breakfast on the go. They come in little packages and they have granola, yogurt covered rasins, almonds etc in them depending on which flavor you pick. The box has five pouches in them and they are delcious

The key to being successful is not denying yourself your favorite foods. So have the chocolate sometimes. Do you have a publix or a walmart near you, if so walmart price matches publix for example If publix has emerald almonds buy one get one free for $4,99 If walmart is selling emerald almonds for $3.49 you will get them…

I'm 52 and was about ready to throw the towel in with weight gain due to going through menopause. My daughter told me about this site and it was the best thing I ever did. You can do it, but you have to look at this as a life stye change not a diet. Once you get used to it, it become second nature. It doesn't mean you…

If you want to get married and he doesn't after that long of a time together than I would definitely say it's time to move on and find someone that is willing to commit to you.

Sounds like he really wants your opinion on the food he makes, he probablly enjoys the compliments on how good it is. What I would suggest is make your own food but take a bite of one he makes and rave about it so it helps his ego. If he wants to be a chef it is very understandable. I would also look for some healthy…

I don't log any pounds gained or loss during maintenance because when I have a cheat day I gain a little but then I turn around and lose it back so I don't bother logging it. If you however keep losing I would log it because the less you weight the less your calorie burn will be.

I've been maintaining for quite some time now and I find it rather easy. I do have occasional cheat days and of course I gain a pound or two when I do that but all I do it knock off 300 calories the next day from my maintenance calories and I can lose the weight from my cheat day within a couple of days. I look at it as a…

It's probably your weekly cheat meal that is keeping you from losing

Maybe it's because your not enjoying the foods you eat Monday through Friday. If you eat the foods you love all week it helps. For instance if your love chocolate have some within moderation. I always tell myself I can have more of that tomorrow. When you deprive your favorite foods you will crave them. On the weekends I…

I buy Joseph's heart friendly pita bread from publix and it is only 60 calories. I pair it with baked chicken and a tablespoon of kraft light BBQ sauce and it only comes to 210 calories. You could add a cup of fruit on the side with this like strawberries or cantalope and that would only be 50 more calories.
