If you have a sonnys you can have their grilled chicken breast, babked beans and once slice of garlic bread for less that 600 cals. If you have a logans you can have mesquite wood grilled chicken breast and an order a fries and their health nut salad for around the same depending on your dressing for the salad

Eat some great tasting yogurt or get some skinney cow candy boy is it good. I also love the skinney cow ice cream and I can usually work them in my calories for the day if I want them

I weigh every day and always have because it helps me keep on track. I however will only get on the scale twice to make sure the reading is the same and they always are. If your scales changes constantly then you might need a new scale. Even on days when I'm good my scale will show a .2 gain. You cannot let this affect you…

I'm 5'3" and weigh 125 and if I went any lower than that I would be too thin. Your two inches taller, I think you would look better with a few more pounds but it honestly has to be up to you.

What I would suggest you do is eat at least 100 more calories a day then what your eating now and see if that don't jump start your weight loss again.
