I found some I liked on Kohl's website because I needed to use Kohl's cash, but was not comfortable that they did not have them in the stores. I like T.J. Maxx and Marshalls mainly. I am sure that no matter what you get, you will look fantastic and everyone won't even recognize you at first! :-)

Try eating natural sugar in fruit. Or eat nuts which are satiating.

I am doing 3 - 4 sets of 6 - 8 reps for most exercises. 10 - 12 reps for lighter ones.

I had the injection many years ago and thought it was the most horrible thing I had ever done. I am sensitive to hormones anyway and PMS 10 days out of every 30, but that DepoProvera shot made me PMS to the max ALL 90 days. It was truly evil. I ended up using a diaphragm until I had my tubes tied.

When I can not eat all of my exercise calories on one day, I eat them the next day, or over the next couple of days. It all balances out. Because I am on maintenance, if I do not eat them back, I lose more weight, which I can not afford to do.

Are you eating back your exercise calories? You should so your net calories are not below 1200. You do want your weight loss to be slow and steady, so you may want to change it to 1 pound a week in any event.

I eat them all back. I did when I was losing the weight, and I do now that I am maintaining. If I do not, I lose more weight. I have been maintaining for a year.

Try reading 'Driven to Distraction'. When I read it, it was an AHA moment for me. Of course I never finished it, because I never finish any self help books. Or any projects... :-)

I actually do not allow him to work because I prioritize his education. He is on the school track team and in the school marching band. That is how I eat. My eating evolved greatly from when I first started using this site in March 2010. It was gradual, but steady, until we are at the point we are now. However, my 17 year old son doesn't go for it, so I still have to buy lunch meat, white sandwich rolls, & white pasta for him.

You may want to get your blood tested for low iron, which causes anemia. That exhausts you.

diverticulitis results from low fiber consumption. Could you drink something like Metamucil to help with that condition so you could eat those foods? Sounds like you will just need to cook the veggies.

Possibly up your potassium intake? Bananas are once source. Pretty much all fresh vegetables and fruit contain it.

Log them and eat them. If you can not eat them all, then reduce the amount you are burning. Whatever you decide, make sure your net calories are not below 1200 on a regular basis.

I agree. Make sure your net calories are at least 1200 every day. Also, you could be gaining muscle. Make sure you are drinking lots of water each day, and try to keep your sodium below 1500.
