Are you tracking your calories burned during gym and MMA? And if so, are you eating back those exercise calories you burned?

Eat your entire daily calorie goal, including the calories you burn from exercise. Your body will not release the weight if you are not fueling it enough.

My fiance loves Blue Diamond Almond Vanilla Sweetened. I find it too sweet, but the unsweetened does not taste good to me. Either choice is going to be better for you than cow milk. Good luck!

Pre-workout - 100 grams banana & one serving Vega pre workout mixed with water. Post-workout- (Blended)1 pound lettuce, 1 apple, 140 grams each frozen mango & strawberry, 28 grams ground flaxseed, juice from half a lemon, & 21 grams vegan protein powder.

We have Polar HRMs and run the sensors on the strap under water(I use HOT water) before putting them on. Make sure you have 'started' the watch as well. With one push on ours, it shows us our heart rate, but it takes a second push to actually start recording our session.

I am 5'6-1/2" and 141 pounds currently. I would like to get back to 125 - 130, so no, I do not think 140 is unrealistic. (I was 120 pounds in my profile picture)

It helps to be measured by the same person, at the same time of day, under the same conditions (before eating, first thing in the morning or later in the day). Yes, vegan due to need to limit protein and sodium because of propensity to make and pass kidney stones. And in case no one realizes it, our bodies make cholesterol. You do not need to consume it. And my hair, skin, health is all fantastic. All of my physicians are incredibly impressed with my health.

When you 'Edit' an existing entry, it just makes a copy of it for your own personal use. The #1 thing I do, which is difficult on the mobile app, is search for foods without * in front of them. Like Broccoli - Raw. The ones without * are from the USDA nutrition site and are accurate.

Yes! I highly recommend using a chest strap heart rate monitor. I have a Polar FT4, but have heard good things about the newer Polar FT7.

I find it easier to notice things on people I do not spend all of my time with. I bet if you put on a 'hot' fitted outfit, he would take notice right quick! ;-)

As a life-long non-coffee drinker with four migraines per month since age 12, I have found in my 30s that drinking one 16 oz. coffee gets rid of them. And Excedrin never worked! I have also been eating a plant based mostly non-processed diet for the the past 2 years, which may have something to do with it as well.

Absolutely nay. Go to a salon and get spray tanned. Tanning is not worth the premature aging when you get older, or the possible skin cancer at earlier and earlier ages, that can then move on to other cancers. I think it all depended on what you were eating when eating vegetarian. You can exist on so much crap eating vegetarian compared to the Eat To Live nutrarian way of eating.

I agree 100% about being sad about favorite clothes no longer fitting! I had to get rid of so many beautiful dresses I loved so much. Shoes became too wide as well. Tailbone being so easily felt. Rings no longer fitting.
