Dietary Supplements - What do you take?

Options
Anyone taking natural dietary supplements of any kind? I've never in the past, but just recently (as in today) started taking Chromium Picolinate Plus in addition to my normal multi-vitamin. I've been reading that it helps to support CHO/PRO/FAT metabolism. As we all know, we want our bodies to metabolize our foods, not store it!

I am curious what everyone else is doing. :) Please share.

I do whatever the docs on RealAge.com tell me. So.. multivitamin, fish oil, and vit D. As for fiber, I make sure there's enough in my diet (whole grain, beans, veggies, fruit) every day.
