  • It is better to start over then give up. I have been off track on track numerous times. Sometimes life gets in the way and we need a break to focus on other things. Just get back on the horse and think of it as a mini vacation :)
  • I like to stir fry my cabbage with white beans, zucchini, onion and crush garlic. I use peanut oil or sesame seed oil then I season it with ms. dash and pepper. The beans do a great job of giving the dish a protein boost. My family loves it as well. I hope you try it and love it too.
  • I eat my emotions as well. I go right for the carbs and chocolate as well. Its what we were programmed to do.
