  • I do Gold Standard 100% Whey shakes post workout. They're only 120 calories and it has 24 grams of protein. They taste ok with water but are surprisingly good with Skim milk.
  • Good luck. I haven't found an easy way to measure calories burned in weight training. I just give it a lowered educated guess too. I'm doing weight training and cardio both. I do cardio 3 times a week and weight training 2 times a week because it's so hard to calculate.
  • I myself try to eat some of my exercise calories back. I'm in the same boat too where I workout after work around 5:30 to 6pm.
