I did Yoga X today and food was a bit low on protein but I am not going to sweat it you know what I just realized? I am at the end of week 3!!! That means that next week is rest week! WOW! Time flies when you are having fun! How are you all doing?

P90 is good, I personally love Slim in 6 - works miracles for the whole body and, in my case, for my thighs!!! Makes you very strong to so you can move on to Slim Series, or p90 or even p90x if you choose.

GOOD MORNING! I am working from home - too many things happening here at home, safer if I am on hands to answer questions. Plus I am not being paid for the work on weekend, it is OK to save some time on commute once in a while... Also, I slept like crap...so woke up stiff and cranky. I will bring it noonish...

Hey, if you are just runnng the same kind of distance, you can introduce different kinds of runs: spped workout, varied speed (interval), etc. etc. Check Hal Higdon's sight for more ideas and different schedules. Have fun!

hmm, these are kind of "bonus" work outs... The main work outs are Start It UP (SIU), Ramp It Up (RIU) and Burn It Up (does just what the name implies). Combined with a good diet it works mitacles.
