Right there with ya! I lost 115 pounds last year and then proceeded to gain 36 back over the last six stress-filled months! Spent some time upset with myself. Depends on the person, but it's definitely possible. I lost 56 pounds in 100 days. I still have 40+ to go. Eat healthy. Work out every day. And, make sure you listen to your body if it is telling you to back off.

Final April weigh-in... 274..0! Fifteen pounds lost in April. Not quite my original goal, but I am still pretty thrilled. Hope you April was good and, if not, hope your May is even better!

Still going strong and I will report back on Friday. But, just had to tell everyone that I just passed the 10 pound goal this morning... 10.2 to be exact. Challenge conquered with 10 more days to lose more!

Sorry, forgot to post my Friday update. I started the month at 289. I currently weigh 282. Three pounds from the April Challenge goal and 12 from my own personal goal!

Other than the few days I was in Vegas, I have been on the treadmill 45 minutes per day. I try to do some weight lifting on the machines for another 20 minutes. And, if i have anything left, I may hit the racquetball or shoot some hoops. If I eventually get down to my goal weight, I may dial it back some. But, at the…

At this point, there is no way I can eat that many calories. I am struggling just to eat all of the calories allotted based on a 2 pound per week weight loss. I imagine in time I will get closer. But, given that I am at least 100 pounds overweight, I am not that worried about it. So far, I feel great and am losing…
