WoW! that is amazing. I have lost 50 pounds since last april...it has been really difficult, and I have plateud now since the beginning of the year, but I haven't been as dedicated as I was at the end of the year. It is really hard, and you really are an inspiration!

I always go through standstills. If anyone tells me there is a science to losing weight, I never believe.
