What I'm curious about... is that Japanese have the highest life expectancy on the earth but show average weights for women this low... Just something to think about. When I started my journey, I was 398. My road was looooooong and I felt like I was never going to get to goal. But I've got about 60 more pounds to go. I'm here to say; It CAN be done and with that positive mental attitude of yours, it WILL be done!!!
