Thanks for the encouragement! I am tracking food and exercise. I have just logged 170 days in a row!! I log every bite that goes in my mouth. I love this app! You are right about feeling better. I feel good and a lot stronger. I just wish the scale would show my hard work!! Great job on doing D6.

L1D8 completed. I am in need of encouragement. I have gone up 2lbs since starting this. There is little difference in my inches too. I will keep going though.

I have had the same thing happen to m this morning. I know how you feel. I started 30 day shred, I am on D8. I got weighed this morning and have gone up 2lbs after a weeks hard work. I am so frustrated. I have never worked so hard at exercise. My inches are no different either:((( I am nowhere near my goal weight . I have…

That's great you are seeing results. What day are you on?
-
L1/D7 completed. My endurance was so much better today.
-
Congratulations! I can't imagine how it must feel. I'm so close!! As of this morning I am 2lbs away, and for the last 2 weeks my weight has not moved. I have just started 30 day shred, so I am hoping that will move it.

Great job on completing day 3. Welcome to MFP, I have found it to be a great help.
-
L1 D6 completed!! Didn't find it as hard going this morning. I have lost a 1lb as of this morning!! I am so close to ONEderland just 2lbs to go!!! YAY!!!
-
Yes, there were a lot more people. I hope they come back tomorrow. Well done everyone who completed today.:)
-
L1 D5 completed. I found it tough again today. At least I'm not sore anymore:))
-
L1/D4 completed!! Day 1&2 I was so sore, day 3 I felt great, but today oh, boy it was a struggle, but hey I DID it!!! I also had to tighten my HRM strap by about an inch, it was too loose today!!!
-
Wow, what a busy day. Well done for getting up early to do this, you are an inspiration!
-
L1/D3 for me too. I burned 184-204 w/HRM for the workout over the last 3 days. So I guess 200 is about right.
-
L1 day 3 complete. This is the first time I have done any workout like this. I was VERY sore after day 1 & 2, but today I don't feel too bad! I am using 3lb weights except for the side lunges. Keep going everyone, together we can do it!
-
I am very sore. Once I sit down, moving again is awful. I have tried to stay on the move! From what everyone has said I have 2-3 more days of pain... Lol! It will be worth it!
-
I started today, after doing a trial run on Saturday. I can barely move!!!
-
That was a great result!! It is encouraging you are doing it a second time, because you got great results.
-
Thanks for the advice and encouragement. I will stick it out, I am hoping for great results:))
-
I'm in!! I did a trial run on Saturday, and I am aching like crazy, but I worked threw it. Today is my start date, I have just finished it, and boy I'm tired!! I plan on doing it 6 days a week, and resting Sunday!!
-
Sound really yummy, I will try this.
-
You all look amazing. This is so encouraging! I will get there:)))

Thanks guys, I think slowing down is the answer. I did not think of 4.0-4.2 as running! That's the problem right there. I will give it a shot. Thanks for the advice. My heart and blood pressure are fine, no worries there.

Thanks for the link. I just used it and it confirmed what I thought it should be. Which explains why I didn't feel good after my workout today.

I do 30 mins with interval running. So I would not say I am in great shape. When running at 5.4 it goes to 165-167. When walking in-between 3.6 it rests at 128-132. I am female 5'6 age 39. How do I know if it is going too high?

I love Zumba, that is dancing and a lot of fun!

When I lived in the UK a 16 and above was plus size. That's a US 18.
-
I am from the UK but live in the US. From my experience the US sizes are just one size difference. For example a US 14 is a UK 12. All my friends and family that visit only have to buy one size bigger in the US. That was the same for me when we moved. Also UK sizes do NOT stop at size 18. They go up to a UK size 28.
