In my late 20's I was down to 125 pounds and I still wore a 34FF bra. I am currently 40 and 179 pounds and wear a 36G. I don't think I could lose enough weight for my boobs to disappear but I will need a slightly smaller bra eventually, in relative terms.

I'm 40, I have lost 20 pounds and ultimately I would like to lose a total of 77 pounds. My ticker is deceiving because I just add 5 pound increments every time I reach my next mini-goal. Anyone can add me, I'm always happy to have lots of dedicated MFP friends!

Sometimes I feel like that too. Listen to your body and if it says you are extra hungry and if you end up going over just make sure you offset it the next day by coming in under. Or you can go for a walk or something light to burn some extra calories on the rest day so you have a little more wiggle room in your daily…

You can look at my diary for ideas, I eat healthy and feel satisfied when I am done eating. I'm certainly not hungry all the time since I eat 5-6 times a day it's like I am always eating.

If you juice bunch spinach (instead of baby spinach) it works better and you just need to follow it with something juicier like cucumber, celery or apple and then it will push the thicker spinach juice through.

I don't know anyone whose goal is 100 pounds but I also like my curves. 44-34-43 right now and shrinking fast but I know my body well enough that those proportions will remain about the same as I continue to lose. :smile:

I try to eat mostly clean but a small treat once a week (or more even) while you still stay under your net goal is fine. And I don't think peanut butter is junk food, at least not the natural peanut butter I buy which is just peanuts and salt on the ingredients list. :flowerforyou:
