Bananas, kale, spinach, carrots, lentils, apples, brown rice, all fresh fruits and veggies really. I used a free plan on Reboot with Joe called New Year New You. I just googled "Reboot with Joe New Year New You" and it was the first thing that came up. I just extended the plan to 10 days and also used some other juice recipes that I found online, too.
