i had no idea cheerios are considered healthy, i always group them with crap like lucky charms healthy: puffed wheat unhealthy: reeses pb puffs i drink the milk at the bottom

i started with 1200, it stopped working about 3 months later, went up to 1300, then 1400. then i got a bodymedia and can eat over 2000 cals on a work day and still maintain a 250 cal deficit

my chihuahua used to do this as soon as i hit the floor for sit ups and such. hed get right on top of me, sit on my chest and begin a full facewash...but he learned not to pretty fast and no longer does this

there is a hybrid schedule, turbofire is all cardio and chalean is all strength training
