Since he has set out to debunk the 'calorie myth' he is inevitably going to be biased.

You can, but chocolate isn't very filling and you're probably going to feel hungry and fatigued later on, leading to the eating of excess calories. I am a chocoholic and have learned to enjoy chocolate in a healthier manner!

Ugh, I have this problem. Quite often I eat 4 or 5 times the amount of sugar it tells me to. I eat a lot of fruit.

This might be difficult to swallow, but you may need to decrease your calorie intake. Recalculate your BMR to match your current weight. I don't know your height, but if you are 5'5" it calculates as being only 1400 a day.

Stress hormones can increase sweat production. There's stress involved in changing your diet, so that could be it. Otherwise, drink a lot of water and use maximum strength deodorant.

When I first had green tea I didn't like it. Now I love it and find it really refreshing. Add some honey or agave nectar to sweeten it, but be sure to log in the calories.

I used to always get cravings late at night. Hot drinks like tea help massively, and if I still feel hungry after drinking lots of water and tea, I have something small and healthy. It takes time to break a habit.

I aim for 1200 calories a day and don't find it too difficult. I try to have 4 200 calorie meals/snacks in a day (breakfast, mid morning, lunch, mid afternoon) then have a 400 calorie dinner. I never really feel hungry. I try to drink a lot of water. I also drink tea because the hot water fills your stomach and helps stop…

To me, curvy depends on the bust-waist-hip ratio. IE having a small waist in comparison to breasts and hips. People with these proportions tend to keep them at whatever weight they are.

That puppy is a solid 11.

My presence. I'm told I walk very well and appear very confident. I sometimes don't feel that way, but I do notice the difference and feel like others find me more attractive when I let the fire burn a little ;) It's the most important rule of all. Seriously. People are affected by vibes and your body language. It's about…

I am 168cm - which I believe is between 5'5" and 6" 39 - 29 - 39 I am pretty lucky and carry weight very proportionately. I am about 145lbs at the moment. I'd like to have a 26 inch waist and be about 130 - 135.

Try the vegetarian or vegan options - a lot of the fat we consume comes from animal products. Vegan options are usually packed with veggies and all the good stuff. Try to avoid fried rice dishes which have more calories than they seem. Also, spring rolls are easy to make at home and are fun to make with kids. Homemade…

<3s to you.

I am interested in this - I am a young female wanting to loose weight and can easily have under 1000 calories a day following a plant based diet. I have concerns over 'starvation mode' which is widely believed, however I have my doubts that it is a one-size-fits-all number. I have been varying my diet by about 700 calories…

IMO measurements are more accurate than weight. It's best to measure yourself in the morning before you have eaten or drank anything.

Belly fat has links to cortisol - a hormone related to stress. My advice is to laugh more and to always remember that worrying kills happiness. Try meditation a few times a week to reduce stress and gain clarity.

Don't have dairy for a week or two. I guarantee you'll see some kind of change. Dairy is a dieter's worst nightmare. It's in cakes, cream, cheese which are all very fatty.

I have a concern - I am between 5'6" and 7", or 169cm. Should I consider myself 6" or 7"?
-
I count green tea and water - which is all I drink anyway. Cold water will help you gain clarity, whilst a mug of hot green tea or plain water will fill you up when you're feeling hungry.

I eat less than 1200 calories a day most days - but am totally fine and do not starve myself and always feel full. This is a typical day. Breakfast - fruit - 150kcals Snack - soy yoghurt - 100kcals Lunch - tomato soup - 130kcals Snack - fruits/nuts/berries - 150kcals Dinner - stir fry chicken and veg - 250kcals Total is…
