If they have a tv with the demand channels go to fitness on demand (1044 in my area) and you have a whole bunch of free workout videos to pick from. That's what I used to do at my job when I only had 1 resident

I forgot what my starting weight was for the challenge. I think it was 174 but today I weighed in at 172.1 I have also starting the 30 day shred and im on day 3. Along with that I also do pilates and 2 of Leslie sansones Dvds.

I love this diet! I did it once and went from 187 to 181 and I didn't gain the weight back. Hmm maybe ill start it tomorrow again

Im getting frustrated. This past week I have cut down my calories to 1200 and I've been workout out a lot and the scale has froze. The first month I dropped 15 pounds like nothing without even working out and I would still eat fast food. Im getting discouraged :ohwell:

Im currently a CNA in the process of becoming a nurse and sadly as a cna you get treated like crap. I remember while I was interning I told the same nurse hi every time I saw her. After about 5 weeks she finally said hi back.
