I am also breast feeding and my body seems like it doesn't want to let go of the weight. I have read that when breastfeeding, some woman won't lose weight or lose it very slowly. With my luck I am one of those lol

I LOVE leslie sansone walk at home. Ive tried the 30 day shred but I can never get past the first level. I get bored with it but ive seen some amazing results from it

If I can stay away from chocolate or any sweets really my calorie count stays under 1200 easy. I have a huge sweet tooth, dont care much for actual meals

going on the stair master and setting it to a high setting then falling off because I couldnt keep up hitting my shins on the way down. What can I say I wasn16 and wanted to look "athletic" I failed to succeed that day!

I go on exercise on demand on my tv and do like the leslie sansome walk at home/ julian michaels, and pilates. I was on a great roll losing weight until I started school in the fall and it completely threw me off track

I love wraps but I never make them I like pitas a lot too. I normally make mine with turkey, avacado, cheese grilled eggplant and zucchini and tomato and tabasco sauce.

I also have the same problem. I have heard that cutting out sugar works. I have yet to try it though because im a major sugar addict :indifferent:
