  • Thanks! You're both right... I'm a perfectionist, but need to realize that "exercise" doesn't need to be done in perfect 30 minute blocks. Appreciate it! :happy:
  • :yawn: I'm having a hard time keeping my energy up when I stay within my calories. I eat protein at every meal, and for snacks, and (what I think) enough complex carbs. Any advice?
