a seedy bar. I was at a club that I hated and a friend and myself decided to leave and she forced me to go out again to that bar. Then we met by the fire in the back and have been together ever since. I never thought I would meet a decent guy that way but, it happened. You have to get out there ! :)

I have tried a few but a brand I like is called " NowSports" It kept me full longer and tasted really good. Hope that helps :)

I focus on calories becasue I don't really take in much of anything less or should I say I never go over ( other than protein and the occasional sugar) so I am not worried. If I do see red on my diary I take a look at what I ate and try to make changes. So to answer yes mostly calories are all that matter at the present.

"it's not a diet it's a lifestyle change" I always post this on these type of threads but, it keeps happening! I am changing my lifestyle but, I am at a calorie deficit so when I use the word diet that is what I mean. Do not correct me with your BS when I am looking for or giving advice on dieting.

I am scared there are sharks or monsters in swimming pools so I refuse to go in the deep end unless other people are swimming as well. I know it is silly and I even check the pool before I get in but, I can't shake it. lol

I usually have calories that I use for after dinner snacking. I do try though to not have anything past a certain time. That is where water or warm tea come in handy :)

1200 and never hungry...well no more than normal.My weight has been dropping at a healthy rate 1-2 lbs a week no more no less. I think after I loose a little more and begin to add more strength training to my routine I will probably add on more calories.

I use my treadmill and we have some free weights. Technology has become my friend too. I hate video games but have grown to like the Wii fit and the ps3 kinect games aimed at fitness. They help brake the bordeome of running, especially in the colder months.

Just be hungry. If you are at your calorie limit and have nothing left than have some water and go to sleep. If you really are so hungry you can't manage that than go over on veggies. ideally I run for an hour walk for an extra ten min. If I am not feeling it though like it is my TOM I will run for 45 min or so and ride a stationary bike for the rest of the time. Or if I am sore I will swim for the hour instead or do wii fit. Right now I no longer have my Wii with me so I am doing the UFC trainer on PS3…

I use them as breakfast replacements. They are yummy, keep me full and help with recovery. I try to add veggies and such to some too so it is not just powder and milk.
