I always enjoy an egg-white wrap!

I am not sure if they help me lose weight (I have not kept track...) but I feel as though they do. Plus, they are naturally sweet and taste heavenly. I tend to have 2-4 servings per day :)

Oh, nearly forgot...cocoa (or cinnamon) almonds in the little 100-calorie packs from Emerald. I do not normally like/eat almonds but Holy Hannah are these ever scrumptious.

Skinny Cow recently started making candy. I currently have heavenly crisp milk chocolate bar (110 calories) and dreamy clusters milk chocolate (120) in my work desk. I think they are fairly tasty :)

In six weeks, I hope to have a completely flat tummy (aka don't have to go blue in the face trying to keep the tummers sucked in) and reward myself by running with just a sports-bra (don't worry...shorts too haha!). I have always admired the brave women who can work a jog in this fashion! Also, I will hopefully be at my…

D8L2 will be done at 6 PM tonight! I have been naughty about keeping on track with the video lately. I have been running more because it burns calories quicker (and I like being in the sunshine  )...BUT I should just do both (and not make excuses for myself).

Hello and welcome to MFP! It sounds like you are motivated enough to accomplish whatever goals you choose to set for yourself. This is a great website filled with wonderful and supportive people. You can do it :) P.S. I will send you a friend request in 30 seconds...
-
1. Drink 8+ glasses of water daily. 2. Sleep 6-7 hours per night. 3. Weigh myself 1-2 times per week. 4. Cut down time on MFP (I love this website a little too much) to 1-2 hours per day. 5. Have one "cheat" meal per week. 6. Take one rest day from cardio and enjoy a leisurely walk. 7. Get to goal weight! <---How did I…

Grateful that today is a makeshift Friday...took work off tomorrow for a friend's wedding. So also grateful that a lovely gal pal found the man of her dreams!

Would it taste bizarre if I added chocolate protein powder and a banana?
-
Thanks! I will pick up a copy within the next couple weeks...currently finishing 30DS...love JM!

Phewie! P.S. Your progress is awesome :)

Would this be good for toning more so than losing? I really want to tone (flat tummy please oh please) but do not want to lose too much more weight.

I like this. I may print it off and hang it somewhere as a healthy reminder...I'll give you credit of course!

"It's not necessarily too fast, just be sure that you don't rebound too far in the other direction! " ---What...rebound? That sounds scary. Am I more susceptible to rebounding because of this rate?? Also, thank you for calculating that I am ok...that was very kind of you!

I think I am going to get (nearly) everything on your list...you rock! Plus look into that pepper soup and fat free feta...
-
Does the calorie count include or exclude the fruit? If using liquid egg whites, how much do you think I should use? Thanks!
-
This is nice :)

I honestly don't know...more just hoping! I will probably microwave the strips and tuck them into the sides of the bowl...test one dipped into the salad before flinging them all on...safety first haha
-
Bump for later...thank you :) I will be adding Morningstar Chicken Strips. Num num.

Part of the reason I want to find a permanent job in the Minneapolis area is for Trader Joe's (and the Super Targets)...sick but true

SALSA. I love the stuff and eat it nearly everyday. I have lately been having the Starkist low-sodium chunk light tuna pouch (80 cals), lowfat Swiss cheese slice (60 cals), multigrain sandwich thin (100 cals), handful of spinch (5 cals), and three scrumptious tablespoons of salsa (15 cals). Delicious, filling, fast sammie…

Just read it...it was great...thanks! I am happy to know that the optimal amount of sleep for weight loss is 6-7 hours. Trying to achieve 8 hours is very daunting (at least during the weekdays). I also clicked on the hyperlink within your posted link that had the 50 Best Snack Foods and that was great as well.

D7L2 done!
