Thank you! I will try these. I have been eating the Trader Joe's banana chocolate protein muffins. They have 7 grams of protein and 130 calories...I like your muffin's stats better :)

Maybe not always the most fun (I mostly enjoy it but there are definitely days that I trudge!) but RUNNING!

My food list is the same. You can always add whey protein to almond milk or oatmeal or make it into a shake. I do eat fish once or twice a week...salmon and tuna are both lean and full of protein. P.S. I have an open/public diary so feel free to poke around!

Bump! I am about 21-22% body fat (5.5 feet and 135 pounds)...stomach is pretty flat but I want a sculpted tum tum!

I looked at the calorie count for 1 cup of the frozen organic TJ's brown rice. It is 160 calories, which I think is great...however: is that 1 cup of frozen rice or 1 cup of cooked rice? Thanks!
