D8L2 will be done at 6 PM tonight! I have been naughty about keeping on track with the video lately. I have been running more because it burns calories quicker (and I like being in the sunshine :happy: )...BUT I should just do both (and not make excuses for myself).0

Since I've finished the 30 Day Shred, I've decided to tackle Ripped in 30 next! Planning to take a rest day tomorrow then I shall start Ri30! I'm planning to do it 6 days a week! What are your plans for when you finish the 30DS? ^^0

I was also thinking about doing Ripped in 30 and while the reviews on amazon.com were great the consensus was its hard on your knees and since I already have bad knees I'm not sure. I'd love to know what you think about it!
Maybe 6wk 6pk??? I know that I will definitely pick up my yoga again 3-4nights per week (had to give it up since I started 30ds...couldn't find time for gym. yoga and shred) and keep with my normal gym schedule 6days per wk.
I plan on doing the shred quarterly, as well, just to kick my butt into gear every few months.0 -
I THINK I really like level 3. I'm looking forward to doing it again tomorrow0

Finally kicked my butt in gear and did level 3 day 1! On to day 2 today plus a good 45-55 minute run!0

I am fairly certain my body needs a bit of a break (always concerned with earning more exercise calories so have worked out every day since joining MFP...aka maybe a little much) so I signed up for a free 7-day pass to a local gym and will be biking the next couple days. I PROMISE I will finish 30DS...it is just going to take awhile longer. Keep it up all! Blessed Thursday wishes to each and every one of you.0

Level 3 day 2 complete. Now out for a run.0

Took yesterday off from shredding (still went to the gym though, YAY me...I get so proud of myself, haha!!!)
Tonight through thursday will finish the shred for me. I think I will also do it friday and saturday for some extra calorie burn??!!!
My weight is still continuing to increase but I FINALLY saw some reducing in inches and that makes me feel a lot better!!
