    D8L1 (yesterday) (Natalie! style woohoo, after, gulp, 3 days off!)

    Was still exhausted, so slept through alarm this morning, so not likely to get double dose in today either :(
    So likely D9L1 only today (this afternoon)

    Seriously Level 2 is soooo much harder than Level 1.

    i think level 2 is the hardest. level 3 is much easier. :)

    l1d10 complete. i might take a day off before starting level 2 (or i might not). it all depend on how i feel tomorrow.

    Completed Level 2 day 3 today, OMG!!! I hated Jillian today! But feel great now. Hoping for another 3-4 lbs by the end!! Fingers crossed!

    Who uses a heart monitor to track their calories for 30DS?? I personally don't have one and just use the calories MFP says based on 20mins of circuit training...I was just curious how accurate it is.

    D2 L2 still felt very tough. Lookingforward to day 5 or 6 when i got some more strength.
    down 5 lbs since I started 2 weeks ago.

    Keep going girls! (I think i'm the only guy in this thread!)

    I have a wrist Heart Monitor and it tells me I burn anywhere from 284 to 330 calories. I keep track from start to finish 27 minutes.
    Finished L2D4 today. I am doing better than L2D1 but those planks still get me in the end.

    I'm half way there. Did L2D5 tonight and those last five minutes are still tough. I have made it this far without missing a day. My goal is to make it 30 days strait.

    D3L2 last night. Tonight D4L2 and 4am friday morning for D5L2. I'll be away for the weekend so I won't be able to resume L2 until Monday night but I can not wait to finish it, I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!! :laugh:

    Hey Ed! Yes, we seem to be steamrolling through together. I took a couple days leave from 30DS because left for the weekend without weights (whoops). For the remainder of the video I plan on doing it everyday and if I can not fit it in one day, I will do it twice the following day! How about you?

    going to try to do it everyday. weekends are my downfall. I have all
    intentions of doing it but things seem to pop up (usually involving alcohol)
    once that happens.....

    Hahaha! Ditto on the alcohol. I am planning on drinking tomorrow night so I am doing the video twice today (did it this morning before work and am going to again after work). Darn alcohol, why do you have to be so enticing?!

    I know right.. it seems like we always have friends asking us to go out or get together for bar-b-q.
    which is just a reason to get together and have drinks it doesn't help that when I built my house I
    put in a bar that holds two 5 gallon kegs of beer, everytime I walk by i can hear it calling to me.
    nothing better than an ice cold glass of beer. We also have a margarita machine which seems
    to have some kind of concoction in it every weekend. ugh....
