I'm ready to get right back to the defici, when I get home in a couple of days and things level out. I have also been reaffirming myself that a few bad days do not delete 3 months of hard work (I'm looking a you, scale, you better not be too high).
life and *kitten* happens all the time, you just gotta keep on keepin' on.
I agree: Easter brought a chocolate binge and I am also back on alcohol. Scale went up to 1.5 kg above my goal weight, which I reached last week. My NSV is that I am confident that I can get this off again and be back at my goal weight in a week or two, once I am back in my daily routine. I guess I am just switching my setting back to "losing weight" mode instad of "maintaining" mode.

1.75 miles in a row at well under 12 min/mile! Working up to 5k.3

Being faithful to MFP for the last week and I'm on day 9 of the no junk food challenge. I feel good! I resisted overeating at Easter dinner and when we went out to eat over the weekend.1

This is only day 4 for me, but I am just so inspired after spending time on the success boards. I am even more motivated by all of you to finally stick to healthy eating and finally, eventually reaching my goal to be healthy and happy with myself.
That being said, my first ever NSV is that today, after coming home from a long day of work and making the kids dinner, I put on my shoes and went outside. I officially completed week 1 day 1 of C25K, which may not be much, but I am proud of myself for committing to it, and following through. I hope someday soon I'll be posting that I completed it!2 -
Very small NSV --- first day in 3 weeks logging I've eaten within my calorie goals and come close to my macros! I've planned out tomorrow and will do the same again. I can do this!!1

I wore my class ring from my Master's programme today ... it's the first time it fit me this decade!1
-
Ooh! I have one. I bought a cute little skirt from American Apparel...with PLEATS. I crap you not. Pleats. I have never been able to wear them in my life, because they spread out and looked horrible. Oh happy day. It's so cute.2

I walked into the break room today and there was chocolate candy on every table and a luscious looking birthday cake. After a not so great March (3 birthday parties) and Easter I had decided to get back to the serious and stay in my calorie limits. I hadn't planned for those treats and was able to leave them alone. I am stronger than food!2

What is NSV?-1

My wedding band falls off my finger also.2

I'm still pretty new here and my NSV is really small but... I've been trying to get better at running for about six months now. Yesterday, I did just shy of two miles in 24:14. The first time I did that route, just a few weeks ago, my time was over 29 minutes! I took five minutes off and I didn't even feel like I was gonna die!2

I bought single digit size jeans for the first time in probably 30 years...and they are a little loose.1
-
Back in my size four jeans- not completely comfortably yet but it sure felt good! I love celebrating the little wins!1

Mine was from Saturday but for the first time in my life, I worked out at a hotel gym. I needed to get a workout in because I was living off high-cal breakfast food, so I had a workout before dinner. I was so proud of myself, and it wasn't even that inconvenient. I didn't have workout clothes, so used what I had. Spa after for a reward, then hand-made gnocchi for dinner!1

I'm still new and was also wondering what this is, thanks! I actually do not own a scale, as for years now I thought the numbers were too depressing and that I would know by how my clothes fit. Well last week I started wearing the jeans that I got at Christmas! So that is my recent victory!1 -
Mine happened at 2:30 this morning! One of my regulars asked if I was trying to lose weight. This is the first time someone I hadn't told about trying to lose, mentioned the loss.2
-
Put on a shirt that use to be super tight. I use to have to literally suck in my stomach and squeeze to get it on. Only now to realized that it is loose in the stomach area and not hard to squeeze in at all.1
-
I discovered this morning I have kneecaps again1
-
A person I hadn't seen since January noticed the loss in my face. First time that's ever happened to me.0

I did 48 flights of stairs Saturday hiking trails at a state park. I did not fall over and die in the woods but kept moving. Lol Actually we had an awesome time.
I had an Easter cookout with my family on Sunday and despite the fact that my mother is crazy and usually interacting with her gives me panic attacks... I did well. I kept my cool and I did not overeat or come home and drink a bottle of wine to soothe myself. No alcohol at all, which means I am stronger than ever. I am focusing on my own health, both mental and physical. I am super proud of myself for that.5 -
putting on a pencil skirt to wear to work yesterday that was too tight in December2
-
Tried on size 34 jeans that I bought three weeks ago and they are now too loose in the waist to the point where wearing a belt makes them bunch up and too tight in the thighs. Gotta love leg days!1
-
My stomach is smaller so it makes little things easier to do. This has happened in the last couple of weeks of only watching what, when and how much I eat. Wow small steps do bring big changes!1
-
I squatted and deadlifted the big girl plates today woo hoo!!1
-
Took the dog over and met my guy at his office, yesterday, for a lunchtime hike. At a couple of places, we had to climb up and down some ravines, and take a long, steep climb. Not gonna lie: I huffed and puffed; BUT I not try to hide it - I did not think, "Oh, Lord, I am soooo fat..." - Instead, I thought, "Whoa, this is a great workout!" (And hubby didn't notice: He was too busy huffing and puffing, himself.)1
