I don't! I figure I'm here to motivate and support, and I don't care what the person looks like! I do see how much weight they are trying to lose, and what their goals are.

I googled it, but a girl in my class the other day was wearing a fit bit, and it said the average calories burned fo the 2 hour class was right around 700 calories...so probably 350 per hour...depending on your size etc. I burn a bit more because I'm bigger!!!

I don't have one either, but my whole group of friends have motivated me to lose all of my weight, and MFP is a life saver!

I had a four pound weight gain 2 weeks ago, and didn't change anything in my diet...it freaked me out so I thought I should have more fresh unprocessed foods. I always try to get all of my protein and fiber in, and only a few carbs! I do weight lifting to build lean muscle, and do cardio 3 times per week

Just reading on these shirataki noodles as well, and has anybody gotten a really upset stomach from these? It says the people in the USA aren't used to the fiber in these and can cause severe upset stomach?!?

No I over estimate on all my calories to make sure I don't go over! I gained 4 pounds over the last 2 weeks. I have been consistant with 2-4 lbs a week losses since last july. No my TOM hasn't, but last month I bled for 3 weeks...my sister a doctor thought that was very odd, and when I scheduled the appointment to be seen it stopped. I weigh myself every week on Thursdays.
