Sweaty after the gym
I have a question for all of you women out there!!! So my hairdresser tells me not to wash my hair everyday because it is bad for it, and the natural oils are washed away...what do you do when you go to the gym everyday, and your hair is soaked with sweat when you leave? What do ya'll do? Cause sweat not washed smells…

Looking to make Banana bread?!?!

To eat fruit or not that is the question?!?!
I have been told to eat more fresh fruit and veggies in my diet. I've been having a banana every morning and an apple at night instead of the granola bar I was eating. Help with protein bars

Working harder and eating better...
I havent been losing the weight as fast as I would like...so I thought I would increase my exercise, and change my diet up to having less carbs. Cauliflower rice for pizza crust

Letting this consume my life....

Losing double digits this far in the game

What I eat now compared to then....
I'm getting so upset...I used to eat a whole stuffed crust pizza, and then top it off with 1/2 a gallon of milk and a box of cookies.
