Does anybody know if you can get this at wal mart? If not where do you get it at? I want to try to make this pizza, but am having a hard time trying to find the cauliflower rice at our local grocery stores..haven't tried wal mart though.

you make the "rice" by grating it using a grater. comes out looking like rice.

go to walmart.com and do a search on it in the search box, thats what I usually do.It will either tell it doesn't have it,its online only, not in your store, and give you a store near by that does have it.

googled it,its not an actual product you can buy,its what the other person said about grating it or putting it in a food processor

Ok so you prepare it to be soft, and grate it? AHHH i looked like a dummy asking everybody in the store where you buy cauliflower rice! HAHAHAHA So you prepare it and then squeeze the water from it, and it looks like little pieces of rice!!
Thank you so much for your help!!!

Use a food processor for the cauliflower. Just process it until it's rice-like in consistency. It's super easy! And it's yummy, too. I use 1 c cauliflower rice, 1/4 c egg whites, 1/2 c shredded cheese.
