I am down 40lbs. I am still really overweight, but haven't lost double digits for 2 months now, I stay on usually 3 lbs a week lately. With my weight I won't have any chance at the BL competition if I keep only losing that little. I've increased my intensity, and days I got to the gym. I eat healthy and watch my calorie intake...how do I start losing a little more...Double digits would be great!! Any suggestions?

BUMP! If anyone has advice on how to lose double digits in a week let me know too.
3lb weight loss per week is really very good, thats nearly a stone a month, if you lose any quicker you will be left with poor skin. Well done on your achievements already.0 -
You, my dear, have plateaued...totally normal. Do something completely different for your workout for a few weeks, interval training works the best. Drink lots and lots of water too and make sure you're eating enough. Essentially, just keep at it. As frustrating as it is to be nickle and diming your weight loss you're consistantly losing and that's fantastic.0
