  • Try drinking water! I usually drink about a liter or so before lunch... this really helps with cravings. Are you really hungry or just looking for something to eat because you know you have extra calories to spare? I LOVE sugar free jello as a snack. I freeze it so it takes longer to eat and it more fulfilling. :drinker:
  • Please don't read into the BMI B.S. (as I like to call it) BMI does not take into account muscle mass. You are looking healthy in your pic and from what I can see, do not "need" to lose. Instead of focusing on weight, go with how you feel. Set other goals now... muscle definition, fitness goals, etc.
  • My favorite is the Cherry Vanilla. You can also find it cheaper on Amazon. http://www.speciesnutrition.com/storemenu/isolyze.html Muscle Milk is also one of my favorites for a post workout recovery... I usually limit these to 2/week due to a higher fat content.
