I am a boring breakfast eater. Every day it is either oatmeal with Truvia and sprouted no flour toast or an egg white omelette with one whole egg and two servings of egg whites with 1/4 cup mozzarella and made with 1/2 olive oil. I also add some fruit if I am still hungry. I usually drink water with it, but have to wait…
