I want to wish you good luck.. This site is great it has a large data base for food. I think the biggest thing is to report it daily.. Or at least every other day.. Just take it one day at a time.. Mary

10 LBS is sometimes harder to loose than say 50 or so.. When you are smaller it is just as hard. Good luck on your goal.. This site I have found to be really good. it has a great data base of not only Food but exercise.. Good luck and welcome.

Hello and Welcome... I find this to be a helpful site, as long as you log in every day.. I find it helpful when you plug the information in it even has food if you go out to eat which is nice. If something is not on the page and you have the information in front of you you add it to your food tracer.. Good luck and Welcome…

I'm with you I turned 50 and went I have to drop some pounds. So I started on a Monday, have found that making sure I log in ever day helps..
