I do all at-home workouts for similar reasons. I get up before my 5-year old and workout.

I do P90X2 and Insanity: The Asylum (two highly intense workout routines) so by the end of the week I am spent. We do Yoga on Thursdays, which helps to keep from hitting that wall by Th, Fri.

Shakeology mixed with a scoop of protein and PB2 every morning. I am a teacher and it keeps me full until lunch while doing high intensity workouts.
