Took my Level 1 Krav Maga class again after a long Hiatus and a insanely intense MixFit where I did 2, yes TWO pull ups.... then had to static hold that for EVER.. ok 10 or so seconds likely more like 5 Stronger, faster, leaner every day!!!!

I'm doing the Spartan Super in May and would love to have some additional support! Their emails, workouts are intense! I am currently doing the 30 day challenges they send - 30 days of 30 burpees, 1 mile a day.. and I do a lot of Krav Maga workouts.. need more arm strength so I can do some pull ups so could use some help…

Hahaha have to laugh!! I am painfully shy when I get attention.. so I usually trip, look down, blush and bolt.. if a conversation ensues then I am sure to say something completely ridiculous.! I do need to get better at shoving off the creepers .. ugh

I did great on Atkins until I got addicted to Atkins bars, shakes.. etc.. then I just abused those foods like I did candy /junk previously (suddenly everything I wanted had sugar alcohol) Had to deal with binging and then could do low carb correctly. It does work, but for me my character/behaviors had to change

Judging by your incredible success.. I am encouraged! I guess I think either I will see that they were all lies previously and I am going to drop dead trying to meet the previous burns, or that it won't work and I'll gain :)

You could try switching up your macros for a bit, see if your diet impacts your loss/water retention.
