I just lost 6 lbs in my first month of going on everyday, exercising everyday & eating better. I don't really care about that too much though, I'm more happy that I can actually see a difference in my body since I've started. :)

I completely agree with you! I wish more parents would teach their children not to eat things like that. It sucks, some kids have no chance because they don't know any better, and by the time they're like 10 they already have health problems. Food like that is addicting & when you start to eat it when you're young you're…

Don't think about it. Try going with a friend, that used to help me be more confident at the gym. It's a natural reaction for people to look at each other, I'm sure they aren't judging you or anything like that. Just keep making yourself do it and eventually it won't bother you!

Ugh I hate it!. I think I'm just gonna start posting on twitter lol.

Awesome job!

Yes!! & I think my floors are uneven too. So it's always random numbers, I have no clue how much I weigh. ;(

When I work out I love any song by Silverstein!
-
I was the same way! I actually just recently started cooking a lot a few months ago. Maybe one day you'll change your mind. :P & awesome, you should!
-
Welcome! Awesome thank you, I'll definitely check that recipe out. :)
-
Definitely lol.

After dinner, make sure you keep drinking a decent amount of water. It should make you more full. Lately if I still get hungry, I'll have something decent like low cal cheese and crackers or fruit.
-
I use whipped salad dressing, tastes the same to me. Just 15 calories in a tbsp. :)

There are a lot of fruits and vegetables that are just as cheap as things on the value menu, you should try to find some, use them for breakfast or something. Buy some eggs for a buck and hard boil them. But for the fast food part, maybe get a side salad or a small thing of chicken nuggets?

I love it! I prefer a natural taste more than a processed taste any day lol. Even if you don't like it as much, at least you know you're eating something that's a lot better for you.

Sounds good. :)

I was just looking up some headache remedies.. I get them almost everyday. See if any of these work! http://www.healyourheadachenow.com/

I've heard morning too. It works for me, gives me a lot more energy throughout the day.
-
I'll add you! The sites been working pretty good for me, I'm sure it'll help you out! :)

My dad was a body builder and used to run track, he told me to never stretch out a muscle that you haven't worked yet. He said to just do a warm up of walking first, or even jog a bit, and then do some stretches.

Whenever I have muscle milk after working out, it keeps me full for a pretty long time. And it's 50 percent of your daily protein. Not too much sugar in some.

Haha, my goal is to lose some weight and be kinda toned by Halloween. I started the 30 day shred 3 days ago & have been running about a mile (as of now) in the morning. Also I've been eating wayy better. :) How about you?? I think I'm at 166 also. Not too sure though.
-
I started mine 3 days ago & usually I'll still go for my morning run before I do the workout. But I think it's fine to do just the shred, as long as you're not just sitting around all day. :P
-
Definitely true. Denny's basically always tastes like crap lol.
-
I'll add you! Let me know if you need any help with anything, I've actually been doing pretty good with eating better & working out.
-
Awesome job! :)
-
Awesome! Thank you, I'll definitely try it out. :)
-
Never used it. You should try UFC personal trainer for kinect! I'm so sore from it, so I know it's working.
-
I'm not sure about that, but if you ever find out I know how to put 2 pics next to each other lol.
-
Ugh, I can't stand it either! Sure maybe you'll still lose some weight at first by eating junk. But is that really worth having tons of health problems in the future and cutting time off of your life? People need to stop being so into the concept of just losing weight and actually think about what they're putting into…

Damn, people are brutal on here. She's just asking a question.. If I were you, I just wouldn't workout on those days if your body isn't feeling up to it. You don't have to workout every single day, especially when you're feeling like that! As long as you're still eating good, you'll be fine. :)
