  • We have 2 cats Phoebe and Gracie, they are mom and daughter. When they're together, I call them "The Ladies" otherwise, Phoebe is Phoebers, Phoebekins, or Phoebs. Gracie is Grace or Gray Babe.

  • I go to Fashion bug. Their bras are around $20 a piece and I love them. They can measure you too. I wear underwires and don't have a problem with them. Just make sure that they lay flat on your chest between the girls. If the underwire doesn't sit flat, they will hurt. Play around with styles and get a fun one too!

  • I can do 200 extra tomorrow. Has anyone done their stair climbers on a stair machine at the gym? Or did you do them on a flight of stairs at home? I'm probably making this more complicated than it should be. :)
  • So, I've been trying to do one globe jump all week and it's not working for me. I get super dizzy. Can I do 100 extra jumping jacks tomorrow instead?
  • I know this sounds a bit different but do some yoga. My legs were killing me this morning and I did the YogaWorks Beginner DVD (It's On Demand sometimes too). I was able to relax my muscles and stretch them out slowly. It really helped.

  • I'm 5'7 too and my goal is around 150. I'm really shooting for a number that gets me into the "healthy" range on the BMI scale. We'll see how I feel when I get close, I've been in the mid 200's for a long time.

  • I would love to join you. I need some cheerleaders. I'm having a rough time getting going here. I was able to talk to my doctor this week so that was good. He gave me a goal of 1500 calories a day so hopefully I will see some progress soon. You guys seem like a good group of cheerleaders. :)
