I just got back to it. Last week I logged everything on Myfitnesspal and stayed within my calories (for the most part). I was going to start a walking plan this week but I have done something to my right big toe so, off to the doc it is.

So far so moderately good. The hubs wanted ribs tonight so, I indulged a bit but only went over by 200 calories. This is super good for me who is just getting on the bandwagon again. I'm not even counting on Sunday. I'll be on my calorie goal tomorrow and may even a lot the calories for a Cadbury Caramel egg. :)

Yesterday's RAOK - I made my husband oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies even though I felt like crap all day. He really like them. :)

My good deed - I brought my son and neighbors to their bus stop again today (rainy and cold again this morning). But, the deed was passed on! My son felt bad for the kids who couldn't fit in my car so he got out and stood with them in the rain! I was so proud of him!

I feel like I'm failing at our challenge this week. I have been to the gym running my heart out on the elliptical. I've been really pushing myself at the gym too. OMG!!! I got in 30 minutes on the elliptical and when I got home, my daughter's drama has totally sucked me of my energy. WHY???

I'M READY!!! I'm working all week so this might be a bit of a challenge schedule wise. I have to pick up my kids at various places at various times this week too. But, I will do this!!! I'm not sure I can do 50 pushups in one day so, I'll probably spread those out over the week. :)

I wanted to share with you my Jumping Jacks. I do Wacky Jacks instead of regular jumping jacks. I have some tendonitis in my left foot and jumping hurts. My legs are on fire from our squats yesterday. My planks are done for the day. It's so nice here right now that I'm going to go for another walk outside tonight. :)

I did 50 of each thing today and WOW my quads were stiff. But my wonderful walk around my neighborhood after dinner today helped a ton. We're off to a good start in October
