Its not on your list, but adding the resistance of weights in your training, helps you burn calories and fat very effectively. IT makes your body work harder, therefore, more calories and fat are used to help you do that. :happy:

I would finish your 2nd round of P90X2 and then take a week of rest before to start P90X2. Let your body rest and be prepared for the new program. I am starting P90X2 soon also, hopefully on Jan 2nd.

You could also be loosing a lot of water, which happens a lot when you start working out. Don't loose hope of seeing physical results soon. Water loss comes first and then the rest comes after that!! Good question. I don't bother weighing myself either during my period. We accumulate more water so we will have like a 2 lb gain. so, skip that week and then weight yourself on the next one after your period is over.:smile:

How many calories exactly are you eating? More proteins and less carbs will make you less hungry. Quality protein ad quality carbs like lean meats,chicken, fish, etc.. Quality carbs: 100 Whole Wheat, Whole Grains, Oatmeal.. You shouldn't be so hungry and not eating less than 1,200 cals per day.

I burned about the same amount of cals running in the cold than in warmer weather. I have a HRM and it indicated same or similar calories burned.
