Okay, I did my workout early today. I did Plyometric Cadio Circuit and burned 329.9 calories and 42 grams of fat!! Yay, me!!

Hey, did Plyometric Cardio Circuit again yesterday and burned 354.5 calories and 46 grams of fat. I weighed myself today and no change in weight. But that's okay. Its only been one week and TOM is coming so you know how our weight fluctuates when that happens. Bad timing for me!! LOL

Hey, good for you!! Believe me, I 've done 3 1/2 round of P90X but I will NOT do another round of Insanity alone! :laugh: I will do a hybrid of P90X and Insanity once I am done and of course take a full week's break to recovery!

Insanity is VERY intense in a short amount of time. At first the workouts are short no more than 30 minutes or so. The next month, they get longer 45 minutes to 1 hr. I am only on week 1, day #6 today. So far so. They are so fast that before you know you are done. But even though they are short, they are extremely intense.
