I am doing P90X2 right now. I am almost done with that one. I will take a week off as I usually do between programs, and I will be doing a weight routine by Cathe Friedrich, which is another one of my favorite programs to do. Thank you for all the compliments!

Yes... I am sure you can... There is a modifier in the video that you can follow while you learn the exercises. You can take your time and concentrate on proper form and quality repetitions. You will still make gains that way. Give it a try, dear! You may surprise yourself. :wink:

I usually make myself some egg whites and one whole egg with turkey bacon. That's pretty quick.. I buy the pasteurized egg whites and just add the amount I want and add one whole egg to the mix.
