  • It works! I bet you will notice a difference after a week, I can't describe it, but you will also feel lighter inside without lots of meat clogging you up :embarassed: I find quorn just as filling as meat. I now tend to only eat meat at the weekends, let us know how you get on! Sam
  • Hiya! Please feel free to add me - I am back on MFP after a wobble and putting back on wht I had lost. I think that this site is fantastic, it helps you keep in control and remain focused. Friends on here help massively, looking at others exercise and comments helps with motivation and enthusiasm. Sam x
  • I love a good exercise DVD! I have bought loads and I'd recommend, Davina McCall, Charlie Brooks, The Biggest Loser, 30 day Shred (although I couldn't find this in the shops and ordered from Amazon). Let us know how you get on.
  • Well done! Great when others notice the change, it shows your hard work is paying off. Just one question, what does NSV stand for?

  • I agree, totally do able! Good luck and feel free to add me, I find all the posts really help with my motivation. Zumba is so much fun, I am going tonight, it's just such a shame the mirrors have confirmed that I don't actually dance as well as I thought I could! Practice makes perfect! Welcome on board, keep us posted…
  • Hiya! You are in the right place, feel free to add me :-). Sam x
  • Right this second I am listening to 'Don't be shy' by The Libertines.
  • I always find a can of diet coke helps to fill me up, it's not so good for your teeth though  Make sure you are eating enough, no point in starving yourself
  • Keep on trying, you will soon notice a difference. I find calorie counting works brilliantly for me, if you have a treat you are made aware of the impact it will have on your diet. I am also trying to exercise 5 days per week, between 30 - 60 mins per day. Good luck, keep on trying x:smile:
  • Hi, Feel free to add me, I find having MFP friends really helps with my motivation. It is amazing how quickly a look at this site can take away a craving for chocolate or afternoon snack! Sam x
  • Hi! This is my first post too! How are you finding it? I love this site, it is really easy to use and I am hopeful that it will help me keep up the momentum! I have a holiday booked for the 1st week in August, so need to make sure I feel ok for beachwear! Sam x
