How do you find the time to walk 22km to go pick up mascara??

I personally do not count those types of activities as exercise...I consider them everyday living. Some people feel otherwise.

Real name is Casey. But, after a few drinks, I become LOLA. :drinker:

Originally from Texas. Have lived and worked overseas for the past 17 years...currently in China. But 2 1/2 more months, and I will be going home to Texas! I can't wait!!!

I do the 30 Day Shred and LOVE IT! It kicks my booty and by the time I feel like giving up, I have made it through the workout! I feel so accomplished and proud of myself afterwards. There are 3 levels, and you are supposed to do 10 days on each level. Some people take a rest day. I take a rest day when my body feels as if…

I hate clothes shopping with a passion...and even have anxiety because of it! I, too, don't have any idea what my "style" is. Nothing ever looks good when I try it on. And it's super frustrating. I always end up buying things I am not happy with. Last summer I did manage to find one top that I really liked. My sister…

You could slide down the stairs on your glutes. :drinker:

Check with your Walmart...mine has price-matching. A grocery store up the road always has buy 1 get 2 free meat specials each week, and Walmart always PRICE MATCHES!! So I cut coupons and price match and then only have to go to one store rather than spending gas and time going to several. It does take time, but I am able…

I'm doing D5L1 today. The pain started to subside on Day 4. Then I had to take a few days off because the weekend got kind of crazy. Congrats on your hard work! Don't be so down on yourself...you have done a tremendous job, and it will take a while for the brain to catch up to seeing just how the body has changed.…

Thanks for all of the tips! My son and I are moving to TEDA (outside of Tianjin) at the end of July. :drinker: Maybe we should create a China group!

Margaritas. Count them as a fruit. You could also count it as a vegetable since tequila is made from a plant.

"Margaritaville" by Jimmy Buffett or "Born to Run" by Springsteen. Depends on my mood.

You can never know the kind of day another person is having. If you feel that you did the right thing, then good. But never assume that a person does something simply to be rude.

I have heard that vinegar presses will help.

I prefer older men.

My mother and her friend told me that a female peacock was actually called a pea****.

I enjoy eating icecream out of the carton in bed with my favorite spoon. I do this on my birthday.

Your local library most likely carries an assortment of exercise videos that you could check out.

To add to the great posts, I also try to get enough sleep. I find that when I am tired, I get really hungry and tend to start craving the high carb, high calorie, highly processed stuff.

You should never have to convince yourself to make a right decision. :flowerforyou:

Me too! I dropped 3.5 pounds this week! :drinker:

I was told my MFP to eat about 1300 cals a day. I could do it, but was constantly hungry and tired, and I didn't lose weight. About two weeks ago I read the thread from Helloitsdan. I calculated my BMR and how many calories I should eat from F2F, and it put me at 1981 cals per day, and I set my macros at 40-30-30 (CPF).…

I love doing laundry. And when I was little, I would spend the night at my grandma's and she would read to me with her teeth out. That would lull me to sleep every time.

Pavarotti and Sinatra.

Not being afraid to laugh out loud.

I turned 40 in January. In all honesty, I feel younger than I did when I was 30! I am also wiser and wickeder. :drinker:

I have been stuck for a really long time...pretty much losing and gaining the same 2-3 pounds. This week I have been off of work and upped my exercise by a LOT...and ended up gaining 6-7 pounds. It's very frustrating. So I am giving this a go. Let's hope this works.
