Shockabsorbers are my personal favorites. Panache and Freya also have sports bras, even Elomi which starts from 36 underbust and goes up, IIRC. you can buy online, for example figleaves.com stocks them and has both US and UK site. not sure though if you will find them reasonably priced.

Try figleaves web shop - they stock ShockAbsorbers (my favorites) and other brands, including their own. Panache sports bra had good reviews, I'm planning to check it out when my shocks give way (it'll probably be months and months...)

I used HRM chest strap with android phone, never did insanity, but works for me when I'm doing Jillian's dvds and leaving the phone close to the screen (I usually stay in a range of up to 2,5 meters). in theory majority of bluetooth devices range is 10 meters. hope it helps.

you'll succeed this time! I also tried and tried and I failed and then I tried again and I did it. over 10 months ago. first two weeks were worst. then it started to get easier. keep at it! one day at a time

Sportstracker (sportstracklive.com), the one with bluish-grey icon

I have an idea for a new annoying thread. Let me present: NO! One cubic inch of fat takes up the same amount of space as one cubic inch of muscle. You cannot say fat takes up more space.

I quit 8 months ago. For me nicotine inhalers helped to get me through first few weeks, but not as per instructions, just one-two puffs when I was close to breaking down. On top of that at home I started 8 min abs in the time slot for morning cigarette, and at work I would bring apples and join my smoking friend for a…

Have you found a workout scheme for whole programme or at least weekly scheme in pdf or better yet in excel?

comfy clothes (whatever you prefer, baggy t-shirt and close-fitting top are both fine, same for bottoms) and comfy shoes. for spinning classes you might consider padded shorts and biking gloves - I found them a nice addition. there are also special biking shoes but I've been doing spinning for ages without them

I think this review is more balanced than Lustig's works: http://orbi.ulg.ac.be/bitstream/2268/90906/1/fructose%20%20metabolic%20diseases%20_nutrition_ocr.pdf They say: "There is however only limited evidence that fructose per se, when consumed in moderate amounts, has deleterious effects. Several effects of a…

I'm obsessive. I weigh myself daily but I record it in excel and make a graph from weekly averages. For me it works better than weighing myself once a week

I have android, so not 100% sure if all the same apps are there for iphone.Regarding cheststraps, I know of Polar Wearlink and Zephyr HxM and BioHarness. You just buy them separately. Regarding android apps, Cardiotrainer (works with Polar only) and Sportstracker by STL (Polar and Zephyr) have good opinions, but there are…

definitely shock absorber. you can get them in Bravissimo shops (both normal shops and online shop) or figleaves (online only) and probably many more. ebay has a good choice too. I swear by the ones in the shape of tops (style B4490) and my friend loves B109 (next gen is N109) - I suppose the preferences depend on the…

I heard Endomondo doesn't really take into consideration HRM data, so please check that. Anyway for my spinning classes I have higher calorie burn calculated via HRM+Sportstracker (STL) than here on MFP - around 500 kcal vs 370 kcal per 45 min.
-
I'm using Zephyr HxM with SportsTracker by STL (there are 2 apps with this name). it's taking HRM count into consideration. it also workis with Zephyr BioHarness and Polar WearLink. I heard Cardiotrainer is good too but it doesn't work with Zephyr straps, only with Polar, so I didn't check it out..
